Direct Employment

We directly reruit, train, assess and manage all of our staff rather than acting as an introductory agency. This means that you can concentrate on yourself, getting on with your life rather that worrying about the technicalities of insurance or wages for example. This also becomes critical when a PA is unable to work because of illness or accident. As their employer we will guarantee that you will never be left without support and ensure a replacement Personal Assistant is sent to you. Should you choose to employ staff directly then you are left with the task of sourcing replacements yourselves, this takes away the risk.

As well as their daily management every PA will undergo formal supervisions ensuring that their training is up to date and that they are offering you the best possible support.
